Blue Moon Brewing Company Added To The Moorpark Beer Festival Lineup
Moorpark, CA — The Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival Committee announces the addition of Blue Moon Brewing Company to the lineup of brewers scheduled to serve at the Moorpark Beer Festival. 28 brewers are scheduled to serve at The Moorpark beer Tasting Festival, which will take place on Saturday, October 6 on Historic High Street in Downtown Moorpark. Blue Moon Brewing Company will be bringing their Harvest Pumpkin Seasonal Craft beer as well as a few others from their Tenth & Blake Portfolio that focuses on Specialty Craft Beer.

VC Star: Moorpark Beer Festival This Saturday
More than 50 beers from more than 25 breweries will be featured Saturday at the third annual Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival.
The festival will follow this year’s Moorpark Country Days parade and fair Oct. 6 on High Street in downtown Moorpark. The street will be closed most of the day for both events.
Featured on the list of breweries at the beer festival will be Enegren Brewing Co., which lays claim to being Moorpark’s first and only brewery. Their Saison recently won the gold medal for home-brewed beer at the Los Angeles County Fair.
It will be featured, along with several other varieties from the brewery at the beer festival.
“We’re definitely going to have more beer this year,” Chris Enegren said. “Last year, everyone ran out because of the crowds. Luckily, we are in walking distance from High Street, so we could get some more.”
The beer festival, which will be from 6-10:30 p.m., is a community fundraiser hosted by the Moorpark Morning Rotary Club.
Fat Tire Brewer, Hangar 24 Craft Brewery Join Beer Festival Lineup
The Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival Committee announces the addition of two breweries to the events list of brewers: New Belgium Brewing, the makers of Fat Tire Amber Ale, and Hanger 24 Craft Brewery of Redlands, California. The addition of these breweries increases the Moorpark Beer Festival lineup to 26 breweries in total. The Moorpark beer Tasting Festival will take place on Saturday, October 6 on Historic High Street in Downtown Moorpark. Sonic Abatement, Steven Hur To Perform at the Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival

Moorpark, CA — The Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival Committee announces the entertainment lineup for the 3rd Annual Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival will include performances by Sonic Abatement and Steven Hur and musical intermissions by DJ Apple Juice.
Both Sonic Abatement and Steven Hur performed at the 2nd Annual Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival. DJ Apple Juice is a new addition to the event’s entertainment lineup.

Samuel Adams Brewery Scheduled To Attend The Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival
Moorpark, CA — The Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival Committee announces plans for Samuel Adams Brewery of Boston, Massachusetts to serve their beer at the Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival. Samuel Adams, is one of the largest American-owned breweries and will be serving alongside dozens of other brewers at the 3rd Annual Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival on October 6.

Acorn: Beer festival expands venue
The Moorpark Morning Rotary Club will present the third annual Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival at 6 p.m. Sat., Oct. 6 in donwtown Moorpark.

Due to popular demand, this event will feature a larger venue with triple the amount of space, twice as many breweries and additional food vendors serving a wide variety of food.

Moorpark Country Days begins Friday night
Historic High Street in downtown Moorpark will be the scene of the city’s Moorpark Country Days, which will start Friday night with a beer-tasting event and continue Saturday with the city’s traditional parade and carnival.
This is the 30th year for Moorpark Country Days, and this year’s theme is “Celebrating American History.”
The Moorpark Morning Rotary Foundation’s Moorpark Beer Tasting Festival runs from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. Friday in front of the old train station facade at 192 High St.
More than 14 regional brewers will give out samples of more than 50 beers, and restaurants will offer their cuisine.
Participants include Draught’s Restaurant & Bar, Ventura Surf Brewery, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Stone Brewing Co., Kearsarge Beers, Total Beverage Solution, Firestone Walker Brewing Co., Wetten Importers, Karl Strauss Brewing Co., Island Brewing Co., Cantara Cellars, Butler Brewing Co., Wolf Creek Brewing Co., Garman’s Irish Pub, The Dugout Sports Bar and Grill, Chronic Tacos, Me N Eds Pizza, Corrigan’s Irish Pub and Starbucks Coffee.
